Deposit & Payment
At the time of booking A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure date and time. The deposit acts as an agreement to all bellwether policies.
The remainder of the balance is expected to be paid on the day of the scheduled shoot.

Car Travel Fee’s & additional fee’s
The session fee covers CAR travel within a 35-mile radius of our office location. Any locations outside of these limits and travel between locations will be subject to an additional charge of $0.65/mile. Any travel already paid will not be refunded in the event of a same-day cancellation or rescheduling. Any other travel fees will be added to the final invoice.
You will be responsible to pay any additional expenses not already included in the contract price. If there are any additional costs associated with the location chosen for the session, (admission fees, parking, etc.) you will be responsible for those costs. Any additional fees already paid will not be refunded in the event of a same-day cancellation or rescheduling.

Tardiness & Cancellation
There is a grace period of 30 minutes per shoot. After 30 minutes the shoot will automatically be canceled. It is highly recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled shoot to make sure all is prepared and ready to start at the scheduled time. If you arrive late the time will not be made up
The 25% nonrefundable deposit fee will cover the cancelation fee. In order to reschedule, you do not need to pay an additional 25% deposit to solidify the new day and time.
